SCALEAUTO GT RULES TO INCLUDE NEW BMW M3 CARS!
The 2010 Trier Worlds provided a great test bed for the new Scaleauto Porsche
911 GT3 cars and the Rule Set was proofed out by a long list of top Pro racers
and very experienced model car builders. The 2011 OEPS Sprint Championship in Trier will put the new Scaleauto BMW M3 on
the grid alongside the SC Porsche 911 in what promises to be a great faceoff
between Munich and Stuttgart. The Scaleauto GT Rule Set will be tweaked to include the BMW and released on
June 1st. Stay tuned!

NEW AGENDA FOR SCALE RACING AMERICA!
Since we launched the Scale Racing America web site, the overriding feedback
from racers regards Rule Sets, How To Build and Where to Buy these great cars.
So in the coming weeks and months we are taking the SRA site in this direction,
building a comprehensive online resource to better support local clubs and
raceways, entry level builders as well as more experienced constructors. Thanks
to everyone for their feedback and support!
TURNING UP THE HEAT ON NASCAR!
Nascar has been the hands down favorite of ‘Hard Body’ or model car racers in North America for many, many years. The body kits are inexpensive and easy to come by and the static model builders
have given us decals for just about any car we want to build. But it’s time for this passion to gain a little performance boost on the track. Stay tuned for a build spec that will run fender to fender with a GT car and do
justice to this ever-popular race format!

OEPS PROTOTYPE RULES FOR TOP CONSTRUCTORS!
The Open European Prototype Series or OEPS is now in it’s second season and approaching the final and decisive round for 2011 on
September 2nd and 3rd at the Renn-Center-Trier, Germany. The OEPS is the bleeding edge of 1/24 scale model car racing with the majority
of teams also designing and construction their own chassis and bodies. The Rule Set for these cars has few limitations and like 1:1 motor sport it is
changing the DNA with each new season. More info on these great cars can be
found using Prototype button at the top of the page.
